I have only been taking Go Natural COMPLETE for a short time, but I can honestly
say I have seen improvements. I was a little hesitant at first taking a liquid
vitamin, but was pleasantly surprised that Go Natural COMPLETE did not have
a sour taste, nor did it leave a residual taste in my mouth often associated
